Made-To-Order and Ready-to-ship
Processing Time
For our made-to-order pieces, please allow 7-10 business days for the fulfillment of your order. For items listed as ready-to-ship, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be shipped out. Once your order is ready and fulfilled, it will be shipped to the address that you provided. Shipping can take 5-8 business days for Economy, 3-4 business days for Standard and 2-3 days for Expedited. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy below on refunds and returns.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds on our made-to-order jewelry due to the nature of our products. Most of our unique designs are made to order, while we do have a selection of ready-to-ship inventory. Items from our ready-to-ship inventory are eligible for store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please see the Store Credit section for more details on eligibility criteria.
Store Credit
While we do not offer refunds for our jewelry due to the nature of our products, we are pleased to offer store credit for items returned in pristine, unworn condition within 14 days of receiving the jewelry. This credit applies to items from our ready-to-ship inventory. To qualify for store credit (1) The item must be in its original, unworn condition. (2) It must be returned within 14 days of receiving the jewelry. (3) Please contact our customer service team at info (at) mikiandjane.com to initiate the return process. Once the item is received and its condition is verified, we will issue store credit that you can apply toward future purchases. Please note: Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from your refund credit to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items. The application of a restocking fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be clearly communicated to you beforehand.

Final Note
We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine that the item has been worn, damaged, or altered in any way outside of the 14-day return window.
