Processing Time
Thank you for shopping at Miki and Jane.
All Miki & Jane jewelry is specially handcrafted with high quality materials. Since each piece of jewelry is made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for fulfillment of your order.
Once your order is ready and fulfilled, it will be shipped to the address that you provided. Shipping can take 5-8 business days for Economy and 3-4 business days for Standard. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of when the order was originally placed. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
Returns
Miki & Jane will gladly accept returns within 14 days of You receiving product. Returns processed within the 14 day period are only eligible for store credit. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You must purchase a return label with an insured trackable courier. Miki & Jane is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Once the package is received, the item will be inspected for approval. If approved, you will receive an email with a code to use at checkout equivalent to the amount of your returned goods.
